We had two Brocken window's that I brought to Alex at 4pm before the long weekend. He called me an hour later and they were ready. Wow what a great service I got! Thank you Alex!

J’avais une armoire pharmacie avec une petite porte en miroir dans lequel je ne me voyais pas suffisamment à mon goût. Maintenant qu’ils ont pu ajouter un plus grand miroir sur le cadre de la porte ainsi que d’en ajouter un aussi à l’intérieur de la porte , mon problème est réglé, en plus que l’armoire fait maintenant allure plus moderne.
Alex et son équipe ont fait un très bon travail et se sont assurés que j’étais satisfaite. Je recommande ce commerce pour le personnel courtois, les prix raisonnable et pour la rapidité des services.

Here is my great experience:
I've contacted couple of vitreries asking for an estimate to change the glasses of the windows in my house. Someone from Vitreriedesources "Alex" contacted me by e-mail and asked couple of questions (how many windows, the size, the model, .... and the reason to change the glasses). He gave me a resonable estimate and dates to complete the job but he asked me to call him for further discussion. It turned out that the glasses of my windosws are still good and the problem I'm facing is realted to humidty and to the air circulation. I was really surprised when he said "save your many and use them to fix the real problem".

Honest: he could change the glasses and take the money.

Gentel: he was very kind when he gave me time to explain the different reasons of condensation on the glasses and from where I have to start.

Professional: He expalined to me the different kind of the glasses on the market and what he needs as info to give me an estimate. His questions were very precise which helps him to give me an estimate in very reasonable delay. He didn't ask any question about my budget for this project.

I hired Alex to install customized mirrors in my new home. He is punctual, friendly and always makes sure I am satisfied with his work. I had an issue with one of the mirrors, Alex came back to replace it at no cost. I highly recommend Vitrerie des Sources for any mirror/glass work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Although I only went there for a small job (most other stores won't even waste time making it), I received excellent care from Alex and his colleague, the prices are very competitive as well!
